About the Work

For most of my adult life I've worked around the wellness industry. I ran a wellness center for years. I'm a Reiki master, a tarot practitioner, and I've spent a long time learning from healers, herbalists, intuitives, as a professional marketer for wellness brands. What I kept noticing was a particular tone in most wellness products and brands that suggests you're broken and they have the fix.

that bugs me. so my whole brand is built on noticing and utilizing what you already have available to you.

There's a prompt journal coming called Tiny Invitations of Wonder that I’m writing with a close friend. This is the first in a series. And there’s a shop full of shiny trinkets I make.
